Who is it for?
Participating in our basic or pool course is a great way to decide if getting a Freedive certification is right for you. You should be a comfortable swimmer and in good health
Outline
The pool certification is a foundation for the level 1 course , it gives you the confidence and skills in the pool before you venture into open water.
Completing this course will allow you to come to practice at club sessions in our pool and all of your theory and pool work in this course counts toward the level 1 course.
You will receive a pool or Basic certification from SSI
