Video: George on the One Show
George was asked by the BBC to do a live demonstration of ‘Static’ on the One Show, as part of a feature they did on freediving with Ian Donald of Freedive UK.
This had never been done before on live TV and understandably George was quite nervous with all those cameras in her face, laying in a tiny tub outside in the freezing wind!
She achieved a strong and clean 5 minute plus hold.
