Aquacity Freedivers Beci Ryan and Georgina Miller went to participate in the Danish National Pool Competition on the 3rd and 4th March 2018.

The fantastic venue and well run organisation made for a wonderful day. For Georgina and Beci the comp was great fun, not being Danish, they could not participate in the competition rankings, so it is great practice to achieve scores in a competition environment, without the pressure of full participation.

Georgina won the Static with a hold of 6:36 and Beci had a formidable Dynamic No Fins swim of 136m, tying third place.

Both ladies enjoyed the wonderful 50m pool for Dnamic the next day and it was really exciting to see such strong female performances from the Danish girls, with Annette Rafen Ottsen swimming a spectacular 200m.

We are really looking forward to seeing some of the Danish competitors at our national pool competition in Bristol on the 24th March.
